After a month of being married to Blaine, Kurt realizes that he made a horrible mistake. Kurt discusses his options with LeRoy and LeRoy points out since he never obtained a marriage license, he isn’t technically married to Blaine in the first place.

However, when Kurt talks about it with Burt, Kurt discovers that his father helped Blaine file an application for a marriage license by forging his name.

Burt is charged with a C felony and Kurt leaves everyone behind for New York.
